Vanessa Velez

Description: Vanessa graduated from the Makami College 3000-hour Massage Therapy program in February 2017 and is registered in good standing with the Canadian Remedial Massage Therapy Association (CRMTA). She is passionate about the benefits of massage therapy and enjoys treating clients of all ages.

Vanessa begins her initial treatment with a brief assessment and develops a treatment plan suited to your individual needs. She is comfortable treating a wide range of conditions such as chronic neck and back pain, headaches, sprains/strains, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, TMJ dysfunction, and sciatica treatment.

Vanessa’s specialties include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, passive stretching and prenatal massage. She also offers hot stone massage, cupping, and aromatherapy. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing yet effective massage.
